Bing is already available for the iPad,as announced by the Microsoft search team on its corporate blog.From now on,users who want the Bing app can download it from the App Store for free.

Bing for iPad lets users search the web with Microsoft´s engine.The content is displayed within the Bing app and does not open within the iPads native  browser, Safari.News results are displayed in a grid format and with just a touch on any of the results,the news story is opèned.

As they say on the blog,Bing for iPad “goes beyond the traditional search experience” and offers a “unique and visually rich”web browsing.They also said that when Bing was designed,it was taken into consideration the fact that it will be used on a touch screen,so it is heavily oriented to this form of interaction.

Another innovation brought by the application Bing for iPad is the “Trends”, which following the example of Twitter Trending Topics displays on the interface what  people are looking for every moment.
